Our rental rate data is tracked weekly and reported monthly within the application for most facilities.

Some facilities that have less dynamic pricing are tracked quarterly to help you understand historical trends.

With our robust team of data engineers, data scientists, and data QA specialists, we are able to mix automated processes with human review.

Storage supply

  • Every facility in our application has been reviewed by a qualified storage expert.

Demand information

  • We include multiple ways to understand demand that aggregate government data sets (e.g. census), vendor data sets from highly-vetted vendors, and we apply additional business logic on top. All this in addition to our manual QA to ensure this data is recent and accurate.
We are always fully transparent with our data. For instance, we openly share the last update date for all construction data and include citations within the application so you understand data recency.
While we don’t allow you to export nationwide data from within the application, we do provide custom nationwide quarterly or monthly exports. Please contact us for details and pricing.
